About Footballlab

Built for Every Level

FOOTBALLLAB was born 20 years ago in Turin inspired by Rita Guarino's idea, a former professional soccer player and coach (Juventus Women's, National Under-17 Women's Team, and Inter Women's Team), and by the intersection of passion, collaboration and sharing, work ethics and professionalism in order to support children and young people on their journey of their sports development.

Footballlab Training Program

The Footballlab program is designed to develop the technical, cognitive, and situational skills of young footballers through a structured and progressive journey. Each training session integrates theory and practice, with a modern approach oriented towards understanding the nature of the game.
